Can I choose a specific vehicle?
Our vehicle rental and flexilease products do not allow you to choose a specific vehicle. This allows us to buy the best available vehicles and offer them at extremely low prices. If you choose either Contract Hire or a Personal Lease, you can choose the exact make, model, colour and extra’s for your vehicle.
What are the minimum hire periods?
We can offer rental from one day onwards however our Flexi lease product allows you to decide between 1, 3 or 6 months minimum contract period. If you choose contract hire / personal lease then the minimum is 24 months and the maximum 60 months.
Do you deliver my vehicle?
We can deliver vehicles to any UK Mainland address. Charges vary depending on your location and length of rental. Please contact us for an exact quotation.
What happens at the end of my contract?
With vehicle rental you can just keep extending the hire if needed. Our Flexilease product allows you to return the vehicle at the end of the minimum period you initially chose, you can however extend the hire for as long as you wish at the same rate. We may however need to change your vehicle during the extended period – we would do this at a time and location where practical to suit you. With Contract Hire / personal lease you would simply return the vehicle at the end of the contract, you may be able to extend the hire for a revised monthly payment.
What if I wish to return the vehicle early?
With vehicle rental you simply contact us to arrange to return the vehicle, you are simply charged for the number of days used. Our Flexilease allows you to choose a minimum period of hire, if you terminate the hire early you will be charged to the end of the minimum hire period. With Contract Hire and Personal Leasing, it is possible to terminate the agreement early however penalties can be quite high.
What deposits do I pay?
With vehicle rental you can apply for a business credit account, subject to status there are no deposits. If you pay by credit card and take the rental companies insurance there will be a fuel and insurance excess deposit. The flexilease product normally only requires a one month deposit or advance rental payment. Contract Hire and Personal Leasing normally require at lease three months rental as a deposit.
What methods of payment do you take?
Deposits can be paid by Credit / Debit Card, BACS transfer to our account or by cheque. Vehicles cannot be delivered until funds are cleared into our account. Monthly payments may be made by Credit / Debit Card, Direct Debit or Standing Order.
What is the mileage allowance?
Once you have calculated the likely number of miles you will drive your vehicle you can choose the mileage allowance closest to your requirements. If you happen to drive more than your chosen number of miles during the contract you will be charged a mileage fee agreed at the beginning of the contract.
What if I damage the vehicle?
When we supply a vehicle you must check that no damage to either the interior or exterior of the vehicle exists, if you notice anything you must let us know. When you return the vehicle we will check it for any new damage, if we note anything we will advise you and let you know how much the repair cost will be. Should you wish to inspect the damage prior to repairs you may do so however, the amount of time available to do this is limited to 48 hours in order that we can re use the vehicle. If you are involved in an accident whilst hiring a vehicle you will need to advise your insurer and arrange repairs, please also advise ourselves as soon as possible. You will be charged for use of the vehicle during the time it takes for your insurer to complete the repairs. All repairs must be completed to the manufacturers standard using approved parts only. Please also advise us of any accidents whilst you are hiring the vehicle.
What do I do if the vehicle you have supplied develops a fault or breaks down?
All vehicles are supplied with full manufacturer's warranty and breakdown provision. In the event of a problem occurring please contact us and we will arrange to have your vehicle inspected at the nearest franchised dealer. If the fault requires your vehicle to be off the road we will arrange a replacement as part of the warranty process. In the event of a breakdown please contact the roadside assistance number in the vehicle handbook supplied with the car who will arrange roadside repair or recovery if required. Again a replacement vehicle will be obtained if required. Please ensure you let us know about the breakdown as soon as possible during our normal opening hours.
